Service requests
Submitting the service request form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. A member of our team will contact you to confirm scheduling. Appointment windows are estimates and can shift when an earlier job takes longer than expected; we'll let you know if that happens.
Diagnosis and pricing
Any figures discussed before a technician has seen the door are general estimates. Firm pricing is provided on site after diagnosis and is explained to you before work begins. Additional work is performed only with your approval.
